Our Beef/Lamb/Pork/ Chicken is all from Devon our beef from a  1/4 mile down the road from our HQ when available or Exmoor or Dartmoor. Lamb and Pork with in a 10 mile radius and our Chicken and Duck from just 8miles.  Ourgame is sourced locally to our village here in Witheridge N. Devon

Our fish and shellfish comes from either Brixham or St. Ives and our restaurant customers rave about our fabulous shellfish especially our Cornish Lobster.

Where possible, we serve seasonal vegetables, having said that we are able to secure vegetable and fruit out of season if you have specific requests. All of our Vegetables and Fruit are from the The West Country counties, the majority from Devon.
