About Us
Anita-Clare Field has been passionate about food since she could balance on a stool and watch her mother create dishes from around the world. Formally a Magazine Publisher, Anita-Clare decided to make cooking her career nearly 10 years ago as she recovered from a bad accident.

Anita-Clare launched her tiny Bistro in the back of her re modelled Citroen HY Van in 2014 and after a hugely successful run She and her family relocated 6 years ago to Devon opening the Multi-Award Winning La Petite Bouchée a 22 cover brasserie in North Devon. With its roots firmly in French cuisine and specialising in fish and seafood , Anita-Clare cooks both à la carte restaurant and bistro classics.

She has built a reputation here in Devon and is regularly asked to cook at events and privately for customers. All the ingredients sourced are either local ( 5-10km radius*) or homegrown and Everything is cooked from Scratch. *Fish from St.Ives and Brixham

You may have seen her on Channel 4's Hidden Restaurants with Michel Roux Jnr showing Freddie Bird around La Petite Bouchée and cooking him a delicious three course meal under canvas in the park which was home to La Petite Bouchée from 2014-2017.
Anita-Clare sits on several food judging panels including Taste Of The West.

Anita-Clare is professional, personable, engaging and energetic. Her cooking style ranges from rustic to carefully curated high-end tasting menus, she loves making flavours sing. She is motivated by seeing customers enjoying their food and inspired by the incredibly bountiful larder Devon has to offer. She has a fabulous network of suppliers and highly experienced professional team should the need arise. She looks forward to working with you.

Turning Your Vision into Reality
Our involvement in your event or celebration is entirely up to you. We can take care of all the logistics including, bars, wine flights, venues and photography around your event or just simply cook for you.

Each of our events is bespoke meaning we tailor everything to suit your taste and budget. We'll invite you to a no obligation meeting in person or online to discuss your needs so that we can provide you with the experience you want and take the pressure off you.

PRICES
We are completely transparent about costs our menu prices start at £45.00 per head. The average spend is around the £55-£60 for 4 courses. This also includes a front of house and full service at the venue of your choice.

Our highly professional team has over 40 years experience in hospitality and events. Our Chef is Chef Patron of Multi-Award winning Brasserie La Petite Bouchée in North Devon.

Our front of house team are exemplary and we can outsource using our network of contacts for any additional needs you might have.

All of the produce and ingredients we use comes from locally sourced, small business based within a 20 mile radius of our base, here in N. Devon
Our fish is sustainable and our meat, poultry and game is traceable.
We have a fantastic network of suppliers who we have worked with for past 6 years
